My Contract

Seller Responsibility:

-Guarantees puppy is as healthy as it can be before leaving to the best of my ability

-Guarantees the puppy has be set on a de-wormer and is up to date on all puppy shots

-Guarantees the puppy is free from Hip Dysplasia

-Guarantees pup is free of DM

-Guarantees the dog male or female will not have an aggressive temper or uncontrollable for a period of 12 months

Buyer Responsibility:

-I recommend Nuvet Vitamins for the first year

-Dog is fed a high quality food

-Dog is not in situations where it can get hurt and cause complications further down the road, for example(dog breaks leg doing something and develops problem in that leg later on) 

-Fixing dog male or female before the age of 16 months voids this contract because of the growth it stunts

-If dog produces a litter male or female without breeding rights this contract is void and buyer can be fined

-Unless contract is signed and sent back to me in the first 7 days or signed with me there is no guarantee for the pup

-If something happens and you can't keep the dog message me and let me know and I will try to find it another home

-Seller is not responsible for any vet bills after the pup leaves and claims of severe Hip Dysplasia must have vet proof either Pennhip or OFA tests of bad hips

-ELBOWS ARE NOT COVERED both the parents are tested and have normal elbows but elbows can be effected by the environment for example letting little pups jump from something to high or playing to rough with other dogs keep an eye on how high they are jumping and how rough they play with other dogs until around 8 months old
